There’s a ton of places to find advice on how to ace your job interview. But I’ve stumbled across a page that offers some of the best, most comprehensive advice I’ve ever seen.

http://www.crackinterview.info/64Answers.htm looks for all the world like your typical page of content spam, simply meant to serve up the google ads found all over the page.
But stop for a second to read through their “64 Interview Answers you need to know” and you’ll be pleasantly impressed by the quality and intelligence of their answers. They not only tell you how to respond to a broad range of questions, they even go into the rationale behind the question. If you’ve ever wondered why an employer would ask you a seemingly silly question like, “If you won $10 million lottery, would you still work?” then this is the place for you.
Again, it doesn’t look like much, but this is an incredibly good resource.
