For me (in IE 7) the lines seem to appear near the bottom of the add on the left side, going over to the search, archives, and recent readers boxes on the right. Same thing in Opera. For me it doesn't seem to be related to the post, but to what's going on on the sidebars. The lines are the same weight as the small line above "Recent Job Advice." It usually happens over the last 5 or 6 lines in a post.
