Many use electronic scanners to select résumés that contain the qualifications they’re seeking. As long as you’re not lying so that you can incorporate some of these search words, try and include them in your updated résumé for a better shot at making it through the scanning process. Here are the most common search terms along with the percentage of hiring managers who mentioned them.
