		<description>The &quot;interview&quot; really is a two-way street.  You might be happy with what they have to offer, but the employer might not.  Then there is the opposite effect as well.

Each job has to be the right fit for both parties, otherwise, there&#039;s no point for either person.

If you don&#039;t like what the employer has to offer, go out and find someone who does.  That&#039;s what I did and found it.  But remember not to lose it!
